of Human Rights Literature of Jerusalem
Russian Library
bears the name of Andrey Sakharov and contains the books on the history
and problems of human rights movement in the USSR and Eastern European
countries as well as books published by "Samizdat" in the '70s-'80s. The
considerable assistance to the Department was provided by Elena Bonner,
the widow of A.Sakharov, A.Sakharov's Archives, and "The Memorial" All-Russian
Society.
