Liora Barstein was born in Moscow in 1961. Graduated in 1981 from Moscow Art Colledge in 1981. Member of Moscow Artists Union since 1983. Yanush Korchak International Picture Competition, 1983 - the first prize. Repatriated to Israel in 1990. 1992 - Member of International Artists Association.
